**Technical Support**:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as necessary.

**System Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT manager.
- Help manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

**Network Support**:

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support network security measures.

**Documentation and Training**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
- Create and update user guides and technical documentation.
- Assist in training staff on the use of IT systems and software.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers can apply.
- Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
