Palladium has developed the vision, mission, objectives including the City Strategy 2030 for one of the ULBs and is now assisting the ULB in implementing strategic impactful projects across three city transformation areas viz.- Skills for Jobs, Living with our Rivers and Health & Wellness.Palladium is also assisting on various tasks such as floating Municipal Bonds, carrying out Feasibility Studies, Commercial Viability Studies, Public Financing, Project Finance across Infrastructure/Urban Development. As a part of this engagement, Palladium shall be supporting the client in taking forward various interventions in the several areas of City Strategy 2030.About Project Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) aims to make Pimpri Chinchwad a globally recognized, sustainable, and inclusive city by its 50th Anniversary in 2032. Building on its previous City Strategy, the "PCMC@50 City Strategy" focuses on urban mobility, environment & living, education & well-being, technology & governance, urban infrastructure, and economic growth. To achieve this, the Palladium team will work on strategic frameworks, implement impactful projects, and enhance liveability through policy advisory, e-governance, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven initiatives, ensuring a resilient and vibrant urban future.In this context, Palladium is seeking to onboard a candidate to support the project requirements.Primary Responsibilities:The Team Leader is responsible for leading the implementation of a discrete work stream as part of a broader project. The primary responsibilities of the Team Leader are to:Work with senior team members to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives.Manage the data collection and analysis.Develop insights from the analytical process and integrate findings into the broader project work.Build the relationship between Palladium and the client's project team.Interact independently with client leadership.Identify follow-on opportunities and articulate proposed approach.Proactively seek out opportunities to be involved in winning new clients.Co-facilitate client workshops.Coach and mentor junior team members both overall and on projects.Manage and coordinate internal projects.Role RequisitesPost-graduate in Business Administration / Management with a bachelor’s in engineering/ technology or related fieldAt least 9 years of total work experience in relevant sectorsExperience working in consulting / project planning / project management / strategic planning.Experience in similar engagement involving complete project life cycle management from strategy development to project execution, monitoring and evaluation.Experience in supporting State / Central Governments / ULBs in driving urban / economic development initiatives.Experience of working with Central / State Government Departments / Agencies / ULBs / Multilateral Donor Agencies/ International Ad Agencies / Social Organizations, etcEquity, Diversity & InclusionPalladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
