We are seeking a proactive and organized **Interior Design Client Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in the field of interior design and client management. You will play a key role in the pre-sales process, ensuring clients are well-informed, supported, and guided smoothly through our design journey.

**Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & Requirement Gathering**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
- Visit client sites (as needed) to understand requirements and collect project-related details.
- Explain our interior design services, process, and offerings to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
- Provide initial estimates based on client needs and collaborate with the design team for customized proposals.

**Coordination & Scheduling**:

- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of client appointments, follow-ups, and site visits.

**Marketing & Social Media Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to communicate what content needs to be shared online.
- Provide client feedback, trends, and common queries to the marketing team for better content targeting.
- Ensure social media pages and company listings remain updated with the latest project highlights, testimonials, or service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and schedules simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of interior design services or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or coordination role preferred.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and our Interior Designers.
- Track and ensure timely communication and follow-ups to move clients through the decision-making process.
- Assist in closing contracts by addressing client queries and ensuring all necessary steps are completed.

Pay: ₹10,683.77 - ₹31,306.42 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
