**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. The Client Servicing Executive will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, understanding client objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and results. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, from project planning to execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets, keeping clients informed of project progress.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the team, relaying client feedback and requests effectively.

**3. Service Excellence and Problem-Solving**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism.
- Provide solutions to client challenges, proactively addressing any potential problems.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards and deadlines agreed upon with the client.

**4. Client Presentations and Reporting**
- Prepare and present reports, updates, and performance metrics to clients, ensuring transparency.
- Conduct presentations on project progress, results, and any recommended strategies for improvement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify ways to enhance service.

**5. Upselling and Cross-Selling**
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit the client.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote relevant offerings, contributing to client growth and retention.
- Assist in proposal development and contract renewals, ensuring client expectations are clear and aligned.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer service, ideally in [relevant industry, e.g., marketing, advertising, finance].
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; adept at managing multiple clients and projects.
- **Qualities**: Client-focused, proactive, adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and relevant industry practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
