**Job Requirements**Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of volunteers to organize, run various Tech Events - Hackathon, Walk the floor, Tech Symposium, Weekly webinars etc.
- Manage TEG operations and core processes - TEG rewards, KPI inputs, TEG council meetings, Quest Global Knowledge page, TEG communications, Innovation Labs, Innovation initiative etc.
- Handle regular TEDs in IPMS. Support TED teams with the necessary data, software & hardware arrangements, reviews etc.
- Co-ordinate with Technology Champions (T-Stream leaders) for different TEG initiatives.
- Support any TEG new initiatives identified every year.
- Interface with multiple functions (IT- Apps, IT - Infra, Admin, Marketing, LEAD, BET, HR etc.) to carry out the TEG charter.

**Work Experience**Required Skills (Technical Competency):

- Updated on technology trends and its potential impact on our business.
- Exposed to multiple tech streams and sub-services.
- Good hold on Microsoft office tools (Power point, Excel, Word, VBA macros etc).
- Good knowledge of Quest Global processes, different functions and their roles.
- Software programming, Digital technology skills are of added advantage.
