About FFE

Foundation For Excellence Inc. (FFE), a publicly supported charitable organization based in

USA, was established in 1994. Its Indian entity, Foundation For Excellence India Trust (FFEIT)

was registered in 2003 as a Public Charitable Trust in India.

FFE’s mission is to help economically underprivileged and academically bright students

complete their higher education (Engineering and Medical) through a Scholarship Program. The

objective is to help these students and their families’ transition from low to middle income level

in a single generation. FFE selects top ranking students from national and state level

examinations for engineering, technology and medicine whose family incomes are unable to

support a higher education.

Executive - Scholarship Program

Roles & Responsibilities

Scholarship Team:
Work closely with the Manager - Scholarship in the following areas:
Understand the Scholarship policy and scholarship program at FFE
- Check for percentage, rank & income criteria based on policy.
- Validate the Aadhaar details

Interact with facilitators/Parent/Students for the Online verification process, explain the

process and handle all the parties with utmost empathy.
- Continuous interaction with students to encourage them to upload the necessary

documents.

Interact with facilitators to ensure the verification process is completed.
- Matching students to facilitators based on location, availability and language

for attestation in all the documents.

Work as part of team to ensure scholarship program is executed smoothly.
- Understand the process of scholarship program
- Compile reports to collect the data.

Ability to move across teams to support when the job demands.

- Day shift
