**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Managing incidents and requests through the service management tool
- Liaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issue
- Identify repeat issues or service risks through ticketing tool
- Knowledge in ticket tools is must.
- Log incidents and faults, categorizing them
- Good management skills
- Is a good communicator and team player
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experience working in a similar role as either IT support or on a service desk/help desk is valued
- They will take ownership of issues, reporting, and routing issues to support staff.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
