We are looking for a **Live Chat Mentor** **_for one of our investment products_.** **The product is a fast-growing wellness app focused on mental health. You will play a crucial role by providing immediate and compassionate support to users, guiding them through personal challenges and ensuring a positive app experience.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Engaging with app users and providing support as needed;
- Maintaining a high standard of interaction quality with users;
- Collaboratively working with the content team to relay user feedback and insights;
- Continuous self-improvement and skills development through dedicated training sessions

**We expect from you**:

- Language proficiency - English C1-C2 or a native speaker/ bilingual;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy;
- Basic knowledge of mental health principles;
- Experience in customer support, mental health, wellness, or related fields will be a huge advantage.
