**Job Summary**:
Career Point, a leading coaching center in Mysuru specializing in JEE and NEET preparations, is seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process, provide information about our courses, and ensure a smooth transition for students joining our coaching programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise prospective students and their parents on the various courses offered by Career Point for JEE and NEET preparations.
- Conduct counseling sessions to understand the student's academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Provide detailed information about the curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, and facilities available at Career Point.
- Address queries related to course structures, fee schedules, scholarship opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Assist students in filling out admission forms, collecting necessary documents, and completing the admission process.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to schedule entrance exams, interviews, and counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, interactions, and admissions data using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional events, webinars, and workshops to attract prospective students.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, particularly in the fields of JEE and NEET.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions, preferably in an educational institution or coaching center.
- Knowledge of the JEE and NEET examination patterns, syllabus, and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to understand and address the concerns of students and parents.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the requirements of the counseling schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
