**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Need Analysis (TNA)**:

- Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads and supervisors.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
- **Content Development**:

- Design and prepare engaging training content including PPTs, handouts, guides, and e-learning materials.
- Ensure content is updated, accurate, and aligned with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct induction, soft skills, process, and product training sessions for employees.
- Use a variety of training methods (classroom, virtual, role plays, simulations) to engage participants.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Plan and schedule training programs across branches and teams.
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
- **Evaluation & Reporting**:

- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and maintain training records for compliance and audits.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Keep up with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methodologies.
- Recommend improvements to training content, process, and delivery.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent PPT and content creation skills.
- Ability to conduct TNA and design relevant learning modules.
- Good coordination, planning, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in training & development, preferably in an MFI / BFSI sector.
- Experience in developing and delivering both classroom and virtual training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
