**Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through chat, handling inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of our publishing products and services to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Process orders and assist with tracking and billing inquiries.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Gather customer feedback to improve processes and services.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer support practices.

**Skills Needed:

- **
- At Least 1+ year of telecalling, and customer support experience.
- Solid never give up and positive attitude.
- Very Good in English Speaking.
- Good technical skills (should know how to use excel, CRM tools etc).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
