Work Dynamics
What this job involves
To handle helpdesk activities effectively.
Duties & responsibilities
To respond calls received on helpdesk no.
To raise the ticket in portal for logged calls.
To take follow-up from concern team/ stake holder for closure of calls/ tickets.
To take daily / weekly follow-up for calls which are kept on hold & update the tracker.
To share daily, weekly, monthly report for PAN India
To book meeting rooms, training room
To maintain manual excel sheet for meeting room booking received form portal.
To maintain recreation room booking records.
To maintain projector, screen & mic booking records
Timely revert to all mail communications.
Performance objectives
Provide Superior Client Service.
Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area
Personal and Professional Development
Standardize Delivery and Reports for Pan India WNS
Should have good communication skills
Must be good in data management.
Employee specification
Should be graduate with min. one year experience n relevant filed.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in computer operating
