Global Mobility Advisor

**Role Summary**

As a Global Mobility Operations Advisor, you will act as member of the team providing operational support on the Global Mobility process. This role is based out of Atkins office in Bangalore, IN.

**Responsibilities**
- Personalized, and digitized employee experience through superior service and operational excellence to accomplish corporate business objectives
- Collaborate with GM manager on task monitoring and tracking work distribution
- Monitoring employee queries and convert them to process creation/refinement
- Creating global mobility documents/processes/training materials for use by the team and business managers
- Tracking exception management
- Streamlining & implementation of AssignmentPRo as a Superuser to automate processes, reduce administration
- Working collaboratively with IT, HR, Finance to ensure integration of Assignment Pro with other systems is developed / maintained as needed
- Project management of continuous improvement initiatives, working with GM Manager to prioritise and implement updates and changes
- Set up mobility services and processes for new countries
- Ensuring data quality and reporting with data analytics and regular dashboards (Power BI preferred)
- Conduct systems training for the adoption of new functionality and any significant changes
- Support scalable immigration, relocation and other global mobility processes

**Key Skills and Behaviours**
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with not less than 5 years in GM Operations;
- Experience in International Assignment lifecycle and processes.
- Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent, in an appropriate discipline.
- Should have an Analytic/Problem Solving mindset and provide practical solutions to operational issues.
- Experience of being AssignmentPRo Superuser or another similar tool
- Good experience of Microsoft Office; especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferable experience in PowerBI.
- Exposure to Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle will be an advantage.
- Excellent data interpretation and processing skills, ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
- Resilient and can maintain enthusiasm and commitment to deliver results in face of difficulties.
- Ability to adapt style to different audiences and cultural differences, and influence where appropriate.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills to deal with often multiple, and conflicting requirements.
- Strong customer focus with drive to always deliver an excellent employee experience.
- Experience of working successfully on simultaneous projects.
- Effective organisation, planning and coordination skills.
- Effective skills in written communications
- The incumbent must be discrete, trustworthy, and dependable.
