**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and investors, and executing strategic plans for the company's expansion. This role demands strong leadership, innovative thinking, and the ability to manage high-level negotiations with government bodies, investors, and private entities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand Sidhi Marwadi Company’s presence in domestic and international markets.
- Identify opportunities to open new outlets and franchises across India and abroad.
- Work closely with senior management to align business goals with company objectives.

**2. Client and Investor Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners.
- Convert leads into long-term business opportunities through follow-ups and negotiations.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, ensuring successful deal closures.

**3. Operations and Coordination**:

- Liaise with government bodies and private organizations for licensing, compliance, and partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of major projects and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.

**4. Marketing and Branding**:

- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the brand’s image and reach new customer segments.
- Explore digital marketing opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence.

**Required Qualifications and Skills:Educational Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-5 years in business development, client relationship management, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager or similar roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.

**Skills**:

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: ₹20,000 - ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
