**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Representative for Hues Fab, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our menswear products to retail establishments throughout Rajasthan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand in one of India's key markets by establishing and nurturing relationships with retail partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in Rajasthan.

2. Identify and engage with potential retail partners, including apparel stores, boutiques, and department stores, to establish new accounts.

3. Cultivate strong relationships with existing retail clients, providing personalized support and addressing their needs effectively.

4. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and ensure optimal product visibility in retail stores.

6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and performance analysis.

8. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential clients and showcase our products.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.

2. Excellent knowledge of the retail landscape in Rajasthan, with experience working in cities such as Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Kota.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
