- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and present tailored IT solutions that address their business needs.
- Demonstrate products and services, providing technical and commercial expertise to close sales.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT products, services, and brand.
- Create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to adjust marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with customer demands.
- Plan and execute events such as webinars, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
**Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure smooth implementation and support for customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales and/or marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (software, hardware, cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales.
- Certifications in digital marketing or IT sales (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
