**Job Title: VMC/CNC Setter Operator (Heavy Engineering)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up and operate VMC and CNC machines to precision tolerances, handling large and heavy components.
- Load and unload heavy workpieces, using appropriate lifting equipment.
- Select and install cutting tools and fixtures for efficient machining of heavy materials.
- Verify machine settings and program accuracy to ensure precise part production.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize productivity and quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished parts for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications, using advanced measuring instruments.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Document quality data and generate reports.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- **Safety**:

- Prioritize safety by following strict safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Participate in safety training programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a VMC/CNC Setter Operator in the heavy engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes, especially for heavy materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to operate heavy lifting equipment and follow safe lifting procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a demanding environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
