Production Supervisor

We are a 35 year old Gravity Die Casting company setting up new die casting operations in Narsapur, Kolar. We have an opening for a hands on dynamic Production Supervisor to manage all the production and operation activities in the company.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handle all Production responsibilities
- Must be expert at Die design and methoding
- Must be expert at trouble shooting die casting defects
- Must be expert at solving problems
- Reduce internal rejection and eliminate external rejection
- Productivity improvements
- Training for workers
- Handle IATF documentation
- Responsible for operator discipline and compliance

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Min 10 years experience in Gravity Die Casting
- Diploma/ Graduate degree
- Good communication and English skills must. Hindi is a plus
- Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting
- Must have good 5S skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
