**Job Title: Field Recruiter - Blue Collar Workforce**

**Location**: Bangalore, Chennai

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for blue-collar positions for GS and NAPS.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in the local/regional language is preferred.
- Travel: Frequent travel required within the designated region.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Screening and Assessment**:

- Coordinate and conduct on-site assessments to evaluate technical abilities.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, vocational schools, and industry-specific networks.
- **Job Fairs and Events**:

- **Travel Coordination**:

- Manage travel logistics for recruitment activities, ensuring efficient planning and cost-effectiveness.
- **Onboarding Support**:

- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Target**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in blue-collar workforce recruitment.
- Familiarity with 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma qualifications and relevant industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated region.
- Proficiency in the local/regional language is a plus.
- Understanding of local labor market dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
