**OPERATION EXECUTIVE**:

- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Driving Business and Coordinating with the field operations team and lenders on a on a regular basis
- KYC login’s at portal
- Evaluating the files for meeting lender policy norms.
- Ensure the loan is getting processed within TAT.
- Cash Collection updates from Field team and coordination with operations team
- Updating of details and status in internal trackers and google sheets.
- Repayment data sharing with respective diaries in regular intervals, ensuring the receipt of the same within the given timeline and recording those details in relevant trackers.
- Repayment follow up with the relevant stakeholders and ensure to get maximum collection done.
- Ad Hoc activities with respect to loans will have to be taken care of.
- Understand the Credit underwriting process and clear queries with respect to the questions raised by lender, either doing analysis and co ordinating with the field team.
- Conducting training to new joiners. Conducting training to the team members on the product / process new roll outs and initiatives.
- Surprise field visits to be conducted. Filed visits will have to be conducted basis requirement.
- Working with central product and operations teams to roll out credit & payment programs in the allotted territory including training & support of field personnel and customers from time to time.
- **Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate, MBA - Finance preferred
- 4 to 5+ years of experience in handling loan
- disbursement, collection & cash management, monitoring branch operations and MIS process.

NOTE: EXPERIENCE IN MICROFINANCE LOANS IS MANDATORY

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
