Foundercrate is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and converting leads, primarily consisting of startup founders and decision-makers, into paying customers for Foundercrate. Your excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint will be key assets in achieving success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads within the startup ecosystem, including founders and decision-makers of companies looking to raise funds.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Foundercrate's features and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Sales Conversion**: Work towards converting leads into paying customers by showcasing how Foundercrate can meet their fundraising needs.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to earn performance bonuses.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed is must.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and fundraising processes is a bonus.
