Build customer satisfaction and loyalty understanding their needs
- Assisting content writer to create Hindi content for different social media pages.
- Outbound call.
- Dealing with youtubers and telegrams for the business proposals.
- Providing cricketers and football players images and details to the Artist Department.
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Understanding Customer concerns.
- Resolving Customer complaints and ensuring that problems do not recur.
- Bringing a specific feedback/ complaint from a customer to the attention of the concerned person to resolve the situation or develop a new service.
- Approaching potential customers to establish relationships
- Networking within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer relationships to improve retention; handle and monitor customer feedback and complaints.
- Make a list of situations and present them at the common forum on a weekly basis and ensure that solutions are reached.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management

**Salary**: ₹8,998.49 - ₹20,983.28 per month
