**Key Responsibilities**:
Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate, timely responses.
Offer comprehensive information about our products, services, and solutions.
- Issue Resolution:Analyze and assess customer issues to determine the root cause.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support or sales, to resolve complex issues.
- Problem Solving:Utilize product knowledge to identify potential solutions for customer challenges.
Recommend alternative options or workarounds when necessary.
Escalate critical issues to higher levels of management for prompt resolution.
- Communication:Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and empathetic manner.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their inquiries.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive customer relationships by actively engaging and showing genuine concern.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer relevant information or assistance.
- Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and solutions to provide accurate information.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Quality Assurance:Adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines.
Strive for first-contact resolution to minimize customer inconvenience.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
