Who We’re Looking For

A creative and reliable Vegan Chef (or chef willing to learn plant-based cuisine) who can take charge of our kitchen and innovate delicious, cruelty-free meals that wow our guests.
Responsibilities

Prepare and plate high-quality vegan dishes

Lead food prep, batch cooking, and portion control

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI preferred)

Collaborate on seasonal menu development

Minimize waste and uphold sustainable kitchen practices
Requirements

2+ years experience in a café/restaurant kitchen (vegan experience preferred)

Passion for plant-based cooking and innovation

Ability to manage a small kitchen team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Certification in culinary arts or FSSAI is a plus
