Reservation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the hotel's reservation system and ensure that all reservations are accurately recorded, processed, and managed.
- Ensure that all reservation requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory to ensure that rooms are available for sale and work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and occupancy.
- Train and develop the reservations team to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that guest feedback is promptly addressed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reservations department.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the reservations department, including occupancy levels, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 Years of experience in a Front Office/ Reservation Department.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and revenue management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,757.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
