**Responsibilities**:

- Execute all duties of a sales executive proficiently.
- Handle bookings and reservations for international flights.
- Promote and sell airline tickets for international flights departing from Australia and US.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel options, including flight routes, schedules, and fares.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of bookings and reservations.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fares, and industry trends to provide customers with pertinent information.
- Manage urgent travel deals efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to company expansion.
- Provide support for special promotions and marketing campaigns as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in Amadeus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work smartly and diligently in a dynamic environment.
