Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering personalized travel solutions and addressing inquiries.

2. Itinerary Planning:

- Design and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
- Stay updated on destination information, including attractions, accommodations, and local activities.

3. Booking and Reservations:

- Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including dates, times, and special requests.

4. Documentation:

- Prepare and organize travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and visas.
- Communicate essential travel information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

5. Industry Knowledge:

- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and updates related to destinations.
- Provide clients with relevant information to enhance their travel experience.

6. Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve logístical challenges.

7. Sales and Promotion:

- Promote travel packages, special deals, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in the travel industry (experience in internships or related roles is considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
- Passion for travel and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of visa processes and requirements.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
