We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a keen interest in the travel industry to join our team as a Junior Travel Agent. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide friendly and persuasive communication to inspire confidence in our travel services.

2. Itinerary Planning:

- Collaborate with senior agents to create exciting and customized travel itineraries.
- Learn about destinations, accommodations, and activities to better assist clients.

3. Booking and Reservations:

- Assist in making reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Ensure accuracy in details and coordinate travel logistics.

4. **Communication Skills**:

- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey travel options and recommendations.**
- **Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.**

5. Documentation:

- Assist in organizing and preparing travel documents for clients.
- Ensure all necessary information is communicated clearly.

6. Learning and Development:

- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the team to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve overall service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong interest in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
