**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a track record of driving results and achieving ROI targets.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful PPC strategies, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
- In-depth understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) principles and best practices.
- Experience with bid management tools, analytics platforms, and ad tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to integrate PPC and SEO strategies and maximize results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance, including ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and performance improvements.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
- Stay abreast of changes in the digital landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in PPC expertise.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
