**Job Description**:
**What will I be delivering?**
- Deliver effective lifecycle marketing communication plans to increase member engagement across multiple countries, with a focus on the scarcest audience segments
- Projects in collaboration with the wider Marketing, Support, Product, Tech and Ops teams.
- Work closely with the Member Engagement Manager to understand the success of each campaign, in order to suggest improvements and new initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong project management skills: ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Hands-on experience with HTML, some design experience is desirable
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, teams, and functions
- Comfortable with data manipulation and interpretation. You will need to be confident in dealing with data and get excited by numbers, not overwhelmed
- Basic SQL understanding (proficiency desired) - you will want to be able to investigate and understand numbers
- Basic scripting knowledge is preferable but not mandatory
- Adept at using multiple platforms and tools
