At Narindra & Narindra Steel Corp. we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Operations with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

**Requirements: -**

Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Skills Required: - Excel/Google sheet, MS office

Experience: -1 or 2 years

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations.
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
