Sales Operation Work Profile:
a. Preparing Quotation(RFQ)

b. Preparing Sales Order in ERP based on client Purchase Order

c. Coordinating with Plant on Order Delivery

d. Coordination with Clients on Shipment

e. Sending Commercial Invoice to Clients and other department

f. Preparing Payment reconciliation

g. Preparing data for Internal and External Audit and Participation in Audit.

Expectation:
1. Basic Knowledge of Fastener like Bolt, Screw, Nut, Threaded rod is must, person must be aware about standards Items in DIN and ASTM series.

2. Basic Knowledge of Excel

3. Past Experience in Sales Operation and Order Management will be an added advantage.

4. Willing to learn and improve the knowledgebase.

**Education**:
1. B-Tech (Mechanical Preferable)

2. Person with Relevant Experience in Fastener Product can be considered without B-Tech degree

Location: Delhi Office

*Note: This Job require extensive working on Excel and ERP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹169,411.60 - ₹400,575.89 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel
- Up to 50% travel
