Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bidding and tender management.
- Strong knowledge of bidding and tendering processes, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.

2. Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize win probabilities.

3. Lead and manage cross-functional bid teams, including technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

4. Develop and review proposal content, including technical, commercial, and management volumes.

5. Develop and review pricing and costing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

6. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

7. Manage the bid submission process and follow up with customers and the portal to ensure a timely and successful contract award.

8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance bid efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
