**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Room Cleaning & Maintenance**:
- Clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
- Ensure that the room is stocked with necessary items and maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage within rooms or public areas.
- **Public Area Cleaning**:
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and other high-traffic spaces.
- Ensure that all public areas are clean, well-stocked with supplies, and safe for guests.
- **Laundry Services**:
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other laundry items as required.
- Sort and distribute linens and supplies to appropriate areas.
- **Safety & Sanitation**:
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Ensure that cleaning equipment and products are used safely and according to instructions.
- Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- **Guest Satisfaction**:
- Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and quality of work.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the housekeeping team, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with training new housekeeping staff when necessary.
- **Other Duties**:
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping experience (preferred).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items, and stand or bend for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
**Working Conditions**:
