Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Department: Product and Development
**Location: Phoenix Fountainhead, Nagar Road, Viman Nagar,Pune - 411014**

Key Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment to deliver UX design solutions including low-fidelity sketches and wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, style guidelines, and specifications in collaboration with Product Management Team as sprints are being planned.
- Understanding User’s requirement/problems and Creating/providing effective solutions
- Understanding of user experience design, information architecture, interaction design, and UX principles and best practices.
- Understanding of responsive design patterns, mobile experiences, and multi-platform conformity.
- Prepare interactive prototypes for stakeholders to clearly visualize our design thinking.
- Conduct prototyping sessions to assist Development and Product teams in visualizing new UI elements and functionality.
- Conduct user testing to validate design proposals.
- Gather user testing data and share the results with stakeholders/management; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings.

**Smart Goals**
- In the first month, Explore and understand about mimeo products and prepare heuristic evaluation. In the first month, Become proficient enough with the platform to actively contribute to design sprints and explorations.
- Within first six months, establish agile ux best practices in collaboration with a “UX Guild” team Demonstrate a proficiency in translating sprint stories into design mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch and InVision. HTML and CSS prototypes will be added advantage.
- Demonstrate a capability to create designs based on the structure and limitations of a given platform (ie Web, native, desktop, mobile)
- Collaboration with team to understand and discuss about projects, goals, best practices.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Strong proficiency in Sketch/XD/Figma/InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other UX-related design tools
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX Design
- Understanding of HTML/CSS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation, innovation and imagination, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Eager to improve your UI/UX skills.
- Good at hearing and implementing feedback.
- Online portfolio is must
