Seeking a Landing Page Specialist - UX Designer with HTML & Tailwind CSS, conversion rate optimization, high functioning landing page design skills. The Landing Page Specialist is expected to drive technical design development from a user experience, user interface, and usability standpoint. Role & Responsibility:

- Improving lead conversion - Optimizing Experience, Eliminating dead clicks, rage clicks, quick backs etc. We have analytics tools for this that’ll help you make informed decision.
- Creating and monitoring update of all client’s landing pages.
- Planning & implementing UX research activities
- Planning and implementation of downloads & purchase pages along with Customer Success Department
- Work alongside with the marketing team and UI designers to assure seamless web/mobile design and implementation
- Visiting clients to build empathy for customer
- Improving and conceptualising a complete approach for creating landing page for the customer’s brand.
- Providing high-quality UX design clarifications through figma-visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI details and tools like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Analyzing UI elements for instance, CTAs, banners, page layouts, page flows, page designs, and target links for landing pages.
- Co-operating with the marketing team, and domestic and external designers to assure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the customer, benefitting their business.
- Giving advice and leadership on the implementation of UX analysis, methodologies and measuring activities to analyse and predict user behavior. Requirements:

- Experience of 1-3 years in UX/UI/front-end domain expertise
- Outstanding design skills - Knowledge of color theory, typography, landing page elements
- Experience of the following technologies and software
- HTML, CSS (Tailwind), Figma
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with people proactively
- Team management skills (added bonus)
- An interest in thinking the AI way
- Time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about working in a startup

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
