We’re seeking a passionate and creative **UI/UX & Graphic Designer** who understands the essence of branding and visual communication. You’ll play a key role in **developing brand identities**, shaping **digital strategies**, and crafting compelling designs that drive brand growth. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate brand strategies into visually engaging digital and print creatives
- Design UI/UX for websites and digital platforms with a brand-first approach
- Develop brand identities, style guides, and brand marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to deliver creative solutions
- Contribute to brand campaigns and social media design strategies
- Stay current with design trends and branding innovations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX and graphic design
- Strong grasp of branding, digital storytelling, and visual communication
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to think strategically and design with intent
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Open-minded, adaptable, and constantly eager to learn
