**Job Title**: Visual Designer
**Location**: Delhi

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**: Develop creative and impactful designs for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, posters, marketing collateral, and more.

**Print Design**: Create layouts and designs specifically for print, ensuring clarity, colour accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Digital Content**: Produce visually appealing digital content for various platforms, including social media and online marketing campaigns.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and maintain consistency across all platforms.

**Collaboration**: Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a **reputed design school** is required.

**Software Proficiency**: Expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.

**Creative Skills**: Ability to think creatively and develop original designs that stand out.

**Teamwork**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and branding.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
