This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing tech company. As a Visual Designer, you’ll spearhead visual asset creation at ThrivePass. You’ll build templates and designs across various platforms, finding ways of crafting beautiful, captivating, and cohesive designs. You will partner with marketing, sales, and UX designers to refine our brand guidelines and enhance our visual presentation. You’ll be expected to plan, prioritize, and deliver visual designs independently. You’re creative, task-driven, innovative, and able to take our design system to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement our internal and public-facing brand guidelines.
- Lead the creation and implementation of designs for our Marketing website.
- Execute all internal visual asset requests.
- Support the UX team with design audits and responsive design creation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of standard design tools such as the Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Excellent visual and graphic design skills.
- An understanding of standards, patterns, and best practices in digital asset creation.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and UX designers to understand needs.
- A link to your portfolio or example of work.
- Knowledge of Webflow is a plus.
