Job Title: Visual Designer (with interest in Storyline 360)We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer (high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator) who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360. In this role, you'll collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.About Us:We are a film production house and have been avid in making corporate films, Ads, music videos and much more.A close-knit team of 70, are currently working with established corporate firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for about 23 countries in 35 languages.Experience- 1-3 yearsNature of job- Full-timeWorking hours- 09:00 am to 05:30 pmWorking days- Monday to FridayWorking model - RemoteExpected join date- ImmediateCTC offered - 3.6 to 7 LPA as per industry standardsNumber of hires- 2Candidate should have their own system to work on.Key Responsibilities:- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.- Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.- Learn and gradually contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.- Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.- Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.- Good communication and time management skills.- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Perks:-Bi-annual appraisal model.-Leaves offered- 15 casual leaves in a year with reimbursement for unused leaves.-Software charges will be borne by the company.-Health insurance.-Fitness allowance.Hiring protocol:The candidate is required to apply on this job post; post which they will have to submit a small assignment on a script given by us.After analysis of the assignment, the candidate will have to appear in an interview with our creative team.
