We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual assets that communicate our brand, enhance user experience, and support marketing and product goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling and consistent designs across a variety of digital and print touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content for websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, presentations, and social media.
  • Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual executions that maintain consistency and reinforce brand identity.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, marketers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Work on layouts, typography, colour theory, iconography, and imagery to support user journeys and brand messaging.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure modern, effective visual output.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and colour.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital interfaces and marketing assets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of digital production processes.
  • Motion design skills or experience working with animation/video is a plus.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
