With design, sustainability, and storytelling at our core, we aim to create timeless products that bring comfort and style to homes across the U.S. We’re looking for a talented Senior Visual Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital and marketplace platforms.


Role Overview

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will own the design execution across all customer-facing channels — including our website, email marketing, social media, and Amazon A+ pages. You’ll also contribute to evolving our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency, and occasionally directing imagery and creative partners. This is a hands-on creative role with space for light art direction as we grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Website Design: Create engaging landing pages, banners, and product detail layouts on Shopify that balance brand storytelling with conversion optimization.
  • Email Marketing: Design high-performing emailers, campaign flows, and newsletters that align with brand aesthetics and drive engagement.
  • Social Media Design: Produce scroll-stopping posts, stories, reels graphics, and paid ads tailored for Instagram, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Amazon A+ & Marketplace Content: Design elevated A+ pages, storefronts, and visuals for Amazon, Wayfair, Target+, and other partners.
  • Visual Identity & Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand style guide, ensuring imagery, typography, and layouts are consistent across all channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
  • Imagery & Art Direction: Develop moodboards and shot lists for photoshoots; coordinate with photographers and stylists; oversee retouching and image edits to ensure brand fit.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on design, e-commerce, and social trends; bring fresh, creative ideas that resonate with modern consumers.


Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in graphic/visual design, ideally with exposure to D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across web, email, social, and digital campaigns (must demonstrate clean, premium design sensibility).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); bonus if you know motion graphics or Canva for quick turnarounds.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and imagery selection.
  • Familiarity with Shopify design and Amazon A+ content design preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly.
  • Photography/art direction experience a plus
