The position is critical to ensuring efficient order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
- **Oversee daily store operations**: Ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- **Manage inventory levels**: This includes stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and potentially coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- **Supervise and train store staff**: Providing guidance and support to the team.
- **Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets**: Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Ensure compliance**: Adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- **Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally**: Addressing customer feedback and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- **Maintain a clean and organized store environment**: Ensuring the dark store operates efficiently.
- **Prepare and present reports on store performance to management**: Analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
- **Focus on optimizing operations for speed and accuracy**: Minimizing processing delays to meet the quick delivery promise of Blinkit.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail or store operations, preferably in grocery or quick commerce.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail software systems.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
In essence, a Blinkit dark store executive is responsible for the overall success of their assigned dark store, from managing inventory and staff to ensuring seamless customer experience and contributing to the efficient operation of the quick commerce model
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
