CRM Executive

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a proficient and experienced CRM Senior Executive to join our team and lead our customer relationship management efforts. The CRM Senior Executive will be a pivotal link between our organization and our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the execution and enhancement of our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences throughout their journey with our company.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and current customer information, interactions, and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive customer engagement efforts.
- Utilize customer feedback to contribute to the refinement of our products, services, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide regular reports on customer engagement metrics, trends, and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and improve CRM skills.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with key customers and clients.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on the builder or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate customer relationship dynamics and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude with a dedication to exceptional service.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary range of up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

**Location**:SCO 59&60, 1st Floor Omaxe World Street, Sector 79 Faridabad 121004

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
