Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical CRM Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship strategies. The ideal candidate will manage CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and execute campaigns to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Manage CRM software and tools for effective customer segmentation and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to improve retention
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for seamless customer journey
- Maintain customer data accuracy and ensure compliance with data privacy laws

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns
