1.Consistently provides proven, formal mentorship
2.High complexity assignments
3.Moderate complexity assignments
4.Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review
5.Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist
6.Understands how whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy
7.Resolve issues, manage workload and balance priorities through frequent interruptions while meeting specific, time-sensitive deadlines
8.Mentors’ others with less experience
9.Defines standards and best practices for managing supported managed SAN Fabric and Storage Arrays
10.Plans/Coordinates DR test for supported managed SAN Fabric and Storage Arrays
11.Plans/Coordinates upgrades for supported managed SAN Fabric and Storage Arrays
12.Identifies/schedules available training for appropriate managed SAN Fabric and Storage Arrays
13.Participates in establishments of managed SAN Fabric and Storage Array product guidelines, policies & audit procedures
14.Execute the roll out of complex upgrades
16.Define the process for regular occurring supported SAN Fabric and Storage Array infrastructure upgrades
