**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the marketing/design team to ensure brand consistency.
- Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).
- Suggest new ideas, promotions, and campaigns to improve brand visibility and sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Handler, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be an added advantage.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
