Looking for a **Social Media Marketing Executive**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Marketer to join our ecommerce team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase sales, and build brand awareness for our ecommerce website, all while working from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement, followers, and sales.
- Create engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Monitor social media metrics and track performance to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the company’s social media strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure brand consistency.
- Continuously research and identify new social media opportunities to drive business growth.
- Proactively engage with our social media followers to build relationships and foster engagement.
- Work from home and be self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content (including graphics and videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Previous experience in ecommerce marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,235.18 per month

- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
