Urgent Hiring for Social Media Executive. The Job Description is as follows:

Ø To handle all the Social Media sites of the school.

Ø To update and maintain the school website in co-ordination with the other concerned team members.

Ø Responsible for lead generation through online platforms.

Ø To handle all the IT related work of the school.

Ø Testing of Landing Pages Performance.

Ø Keywords Analysis and Optimization.

Ø Media Buying and Affiliate Marketing for driving traffic to the website.

Ø Looking after the placement of Call to Action Button on the Web Pages to maximize Click to the Payment gateways and hence Online Conversions.

Ø Managing Online Reputation of the school on reviews site.

Ø Generation of Content - Images and Short Videos with little text & creation of engaging Campaigns.

Ø Execution of Google Services like Google Ad words, Google Business listing, YouTube Media Plans, Facebook advertisements, affiliate Marketing, Google Plus, Blogger, Word press and other prime/ useful digital platforms.

Ø Strategizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Campaigns (SMO) and get them executed on all available platforms.

Ø At Times cross selling services like SEO, SMO, ORM, Media Buying, Google PPC & Other networks such as Yahoo, Face book etc to present clients on board.

Ø Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Ø Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

Ø Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

Ø Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).

Ø Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

Ø Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Ø Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Ø Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).

Ø Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Ø Should have the ability to work under pressure.

Ø Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.

Ø Should be willing to join immediately.

Ø Should have advanced computer knowledge.

Ø Relevant experience in the domain is preferable.

Ø Should have Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ø Should be able to manage all the social media handles and other e-platforms of the school.

Ø Should have the ability to maintain/ update website.

Ø Should be well-versed with the latest/ prevailing IT technologies to ensure highest standards of web development/ maintenance.

Ø Should be able to update the website with relevant content/ graphics/ short videos, etc.

Ø Should be able to improve the school business through e-marketing.

Ø Should be dynamic, result oriented, self-starter and a team player.

Ø Should have the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Ø Should be able to maintain confidentiality in handling all the school records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
