Social Media Executive for An E-commerce Fashion

Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance

brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor

activities.

2. Content Creation and Management:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content across various platforms,
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with

the brand's voice.

3. Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote brand initiatives and

engage the target audience.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for

increased reach and engagement.

4. Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to

expand the brand's reach.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations to ensure alignment with the brand's image

and values.

5. Product Launches and Campaigns:

- Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

from concept to delivery.

6. Brand Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to

optimize future strategies.

7. Budget Management:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and

achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a

plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or

lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce

strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management

tools.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
